Staff is friendly professional and very professional!
The hotel is exceptional with lovely pool and ideal location in restaurant called gerhart who was great. The rooms here are well-appointed and beautifully decorated with a balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Neue Post. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski bus. The free WiFi was a great bonus, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the dinner, especially the excellent main menu. The rooms were comfortable and warm, and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel also had a great spa and wellness area with plenty of loungers. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast options were good and the spa area was relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hotel location was very convenient, just a short walk to the ski area, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.
The room was very disappointing. The decor was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.

Facilities were fantastic
Hotel staff were not very welcoming or informative about how to get the most from the hotel. Disappointing as it let down my perception of the hotel as a whole. Food not that great either.

The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to reach other places in the valley. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful place, perfect to unwind after a night out. In the restaurant, the staff member named Gerhart provided excellent service. The room and bathroom were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also has a spacious boot room and an efficient ski bus.
The hotel's afternoon buffet was not satisfactory, and it was not included in the ¾ board.
